About the role

We are looking for future managers! You will be the second in command of a million-dollar business, with the opportunity to grow to become the general manager. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store
• Be accountable for everything that happens within your store, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example, as your team will follow every example you give
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location

Schedule

• 5 days per week, most weekends
