About the role
We are seeking future managers to oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. You will lead by example and ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store
- Lead by example
- Ensure safety, training, and culture of your team
- Accountable for everything that happens within your store
- Manage people and operations
- Teach new skills such as making pizzas and managing the store
- Help at other locations near your chosen location
- Work 5+ days per week, most weekends
Requirements
- Great positive attitude
- High energy
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the US
- Must reside near store location
