About the role

We are seeking future managers to oversee all aspects of the store, including leading the team, managing operations, sales, and profits. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store
• Lead by example
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time
• Help at other locations near your chosen location
• Accountable for everything that happens within your store

Requirements

• Great positive attitude

• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience LEADING people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the US
• Must reside near store location
