About the role
The Growth Operations Lead role is responsible for designing and implementing the operating model for contributor growth at David AI. This includes acquiring, activating, and scaling a diverse set of contributors such as voice actors, linguists, and transcribers to meet partner demand reliably and at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own contributor growth end-to-end, from acquisition strategy to activation, retention, and scale.
- Run high-velocity experiments across channels, geographies, and contributor profiles.
- Launch fast, kill losers quickly, and double down on what works.
- Iterate on product & incentive mechanics to influence contributor behavior, quality, and retention.
- Optimize the funnel to drive higher conversion and repeat engagement.
- Partner tightly with Product, Operations, and Engineering to ship growth-driven features, tooling, and workflows.
- Influence what gets built and why.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or operations roles at fast-scaling companies.
- Proven track record of building and scaling contributor networks, user acquisition funnels, or community-driven programs.
- Scrubby execution mindset, comfortable testing unconventional channels, iterating quickly, and doing hands-on work to prove concepts.
- Bonus points for experience driving fast-paced growth programs within user marketplaces.
- Experience writing SQL queries to extract actionable insights.
- Experience building and automating scalable workflows and proofs of concept using code or no-code tools to boost operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with contributors and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for audio data and AI technologies.
Skills
- SQL querying and data analysis.
- Experience with growth hacking and user acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
