You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that:

Narrative & Positioning
You will help shape and operationalize Paradigm Life’s messaging, positioning, and thought leadership.
AI-Enabled Marketing Operations
You will implement AI-assisted workflows and systems that improve speed, quality, and scalability.
Marketing Process Leadership
You will create structure, prioritization, and operational clarity across campaigns and initiatives.
Performance Optimization
You will use data, attribution, and funnel insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
Required Experience
- 5+ years leading multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Experience owning measurable business outcomes
- Strong strategic communication and messaging ability
- Proven campaign and demand generation leadership
- Experience operating in fast-moving or evolving environments
- Comfort using AI tools and workflow automation in marketing
