Growth Marketing Operator
About the role
This isn't a role where you stay in your lane – because there isn't one. You'll take direction from agency leadership and turn it into finished work fast, without waiting for a fully scoped brief.
- You run point on initiatives, not just support them
- You move on a half-formed idea, not a polished brief
- You write the words that turn a visitor into a lead, not just edit someone else's
You'll be in the loop with agency leadership daily, with the freedom to pick up whatever the growth engine needs next.
What You'll Own
Drive inbound growth – This is the core of the role, full stop – everything below serves this.
- Execute hands-on marketing across email, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), social media, and web to generate inbound MQLs – the headline measure of success in this role
- Identify and apply DOM thought leaders to relevant conferences, panels, and podcasts. Speaking builds visibility, and visibility is another lever for inbound demand
- Test, iterate, and share what's working (and what isn't) as you go
Write what sells – Not content for content's sake. The stuff that closes.
- Produce sales enablement collateral, e.g. prospect decks, proposals, one-pagers, and email cadences
- Contribute email newsletters and website / landing page copy as needed
Keep the trains running – The unglamorous stuff that makes everything else possible.
- Maintain reporting on key growth initiatives; communicate progress clearly with internal teams
- Support event logistics for conferences, podcasts, and self-hosted events, including coordinating travel once you're booked to speak
- Provide occasional coordination support to sales on active partnerships
- QA your own work and keep pace with digital marketing best practices and trends
What Success Looks Like
- Inbound MQLs grow consistently through your marketing execution, across channels and speaking opportunities alike
- Sharp, timely sales enablement collateral that actually helps close deals
- Leadership hands you a new priority and doesn't think about it again until it's done
Who You Are
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, specifically in a B2B services environment
- Excellent, persuasive business writing skills, particularly for sales enablement content (we'll ask for writing samples)
- Strong hands-on execution across email, GEO, CRO, social, and web; this role is a generalist by design, not a specialist in any one channel
- Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, & Semrush
You're Also
- Biased to action: moving quickly from direction to finished work
- Adaptable: comfortable without a narrowly defined lane, energized by variety
- Client- and results-centric, with a long-term view of what builds trust and wins

- Worked in an agency, especially in a marketing role for the agency
- Experience managing a speaking / conference calendar
- Created sales decks
- Exposure to GEO, SEO, or CRO
- Supported a partnership or channel program

Since 2006, DOM has helped businesses grow through data-driven digital marketing. We're disciplined, transparent, and we won't be out-communicated – by clients, or by each other. We're a mid-sized agency, which means the person in this role can actually be seen, actually build a reputation, and actually move the needle. That's a lot harder to pull off somewhere with forty layers between you and the outcome.
If you're the type who sees a gap and just fills it and would rather be three moves into solving a problem than waiting for the full brief, let's talk!
