We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements/Qualifications (What You Will Bring To The Team), Benefits (What You'll Get Here), Pay (Compensation Transparency), Schedule (Where You Will Work). Also maybe include a short paragraph for metadata like location, full-time, on-site, etc. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, fraud notice, etc. Must preserve substantive info. We need to extract content. Let's parse the posting: - Intro about Garner mission etc. That's about the company; could be part of About the role? Actually "About The Role:" section is present. We'll put that under

We must not repeat job title. We must not include EEO, fraud notice, etc. We must preserve all substantive info: mission description, etc. Should we include the introductory paragraph about Garner mission? It's substantive. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About Garner". But instruction: use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could include About the role covering the mission description plus role description. That seems fine. We need to ensure we include all substantive info: mission, impact numbers, Series E, doubling, etc. Also platforms list. Let's craft. HTML:

    About the role

Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster. The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.

We are seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team to build the foundational systems and operations that will support our full client book of business as we scale – creating a center of excellence for program management, data attribution, maximizing the ROI of our investments, and driving innovation in our data & marketing tech stack. This role will report to the VP of Growth Marketing. The Growth Marketing Operations Manager will build the workflows & systems to manage our rapidly growing client book of business across email, SMS, direct mail, print, and swag channels. This position will work closely with the rest of the Growth Marketing team, Client Management, Revenue Operations, and Data. You will lead building the automated and efficient processes and tools (including leveraging AI) we need to rapidly scale. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth engine - helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and improve health outcomes at scale.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead campaign operations and tracking – building automated workflows and ensuring flawless campaign execution + QA across email, SMS, direct mail, print, and swag channels.
    • Best practice set up for campaign & journeys in our email & SMS platform Iterable.
    • Building automated QA processes for our email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
    • Ensuring scalable with our direct mail / print & swag vendors, including setting up self-service for Client Success Managers.
    • Updating & managing our member marketing asset library at scale as our product evolves (e.g., handout designs, email copy docs, slide decks across our product types and clients - in Figma, Google Slides, Google Docs, Contentful/Webflow).
    • Managing how we track client consent & requirements in our back-end systems and flow those data fields & requirements through to our multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Own Growth Marketing UTM tracking & data attribution to analyze channel and campaign performance, identify trends, and uncover optimizations.
    • Support managing our marketing programs budget, ensuring investments exceed ROI targets, and deliver performance insights to continuously improve spend efficiency.
    • Own and evolve our Marketing Tech stack by partnering with Engineering, Data, and RevOps to drive the marketing technology strategy, roadmap, and AI innovation.
    • Design & document new processes to map out the detailed logic & handoffs to cross-functional partners (e.g., Client Success, Product / Data / Eng).
    • Automate workflows and build AI tools for engagement marketing to make us more efficient in how we serve our clients and work with stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • 4-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or related roles (e.g., Revenue Operations).
    • Deep familiarity with email & SMS campaign builds & automation platforms – preferably Iterable.
    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template customization.
    • Design experience for marketing collateral (e.g., Google Slides, Figma).
    • Results-oriented strategic thinker & analytical problem solver who can break down ambiguous, complex problems, proactively identify opportunities, and translates vision into action - all while managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
    • A self-starter with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and juggle multiple priorities & deadlines, doing whatever is necessary to ensure company success; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
    • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
    • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Garner does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.

    Benefits

You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission. At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

    Pay

The target salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.

    Schedule

If HQ: This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

We should also include platforms list maybe under Benefits or a separate section? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections. Could add platforms under Benefits or maybe under About the role. But we already have a lot. Could add a short paragraph under Benefits about platforms we use. However the platforms list is substantive. Could add a
under Benefits. But we already have benefits paragraph. Could add a separate

      Tech Stack

but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes Skills, but not Tech Stack. Could incorporate under Requirements or Benefits. Probably better to add a

      Skills

for platforms and tools. The allowed headings include Skills. So we can create a Skills section for platforms we use: Iterable, Figma, Google Drive / Slides / Docs, Snowflake, Salesforce, Looker, Asana, Ravenna, DubCo, Vimeo. Also mention HTML/CSS familiarity etc. But we already have some in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could keep Skills separate for platforms. Let's add:

      Skills

      • Iterable
      • Figma
      • Google Drive / Slides / Docs
      • Snowflake
      • Salesforce
      • Looker
      • Asana
      • Ravenna
      • DubCo
      • Vimeo
      • HTML/CSS (basic email template customization)
But we already have HTML/CSS in Requirements. Might be okay to duplicate? Better to keep it only once. We could move HTML/CSS to Skills and remove from Requirements. However Requirements already had that line. We could keep it there and not duplicate. But we need to include platforms list somewhere. Could add a short paragraph under Benefits about platforms we use. That would keep sections few. Let's add a paragraph under Benefits: "We use a modern marketing tech stack including Iterable, Figma, Google Drive/Slides/Docs, Snowflake, Salesforce, Looker, Asana, Ravenna, DubCo, and Vimeo." That covers platforms. Thus we don't need a separate Skills section. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate: removed EEO, fraud notice, equal opportunity, immigration sponsorship note (we kept the line about authorized to work lawfully in the US as Garner does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time - that's substantive? It's a requirement about work authorization. It's okay to keep. It's not boilerplate? It's a statement about sponsorship. Might be considered boilerplate but it's a requirement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The immigration sponsorship note is not exactly EEO but could
