About the role
The role is part of a larger effort to reinvent marketing at Middesk, a company that uses AI to transform business identity verification and streamline customer onboarding processes. This role focuses on building Middesk's outbound engine, including systems, targeting, creative GTM plays, and leveraging AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Build Middesk’s outbound growth programs across ABM, email, LinkedIn, events, and targeted campaigns
- Develop AI-enabled prospect research and personalization workflows that scale without losing specificity
- Work with the sales team to build systems and messaging that make them faster and more effective
- Design segmentation, targeting, and account intelligence infrastructure grounded in real signal
- Analyze and optimize outbound performance
- Create creative GTM experiments, event-based targeting, and breakout campaign moments
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, or outbound strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- A strong understanding of outbound systems, personalization mechanics, or SDR workflows
- A builder mentality, creating infrastructure and processes rather than just executing tasks
- Resourceful and execution-oriented, comfortable moving forward with incomplete information
- Excellent communication and messaging instincts
- Excitement for tooling, automation, and modern approaches to GTM
Bonus points
- Experience at companies like Ramp, Mercury, Brex, Clay, Rippling, or Deel
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach, or outbound automation platforms
- Experience building AI-enriched prospect research or agentic outbound workflows
- Strong creative instincts around campaigns, events, or account-based engagement
