We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Company, Location, Commitment, About QuiddityML, The Role (description), What You'll Do (list), What We're Looking For (list), Nice to Have (list), Background (list), What You'll Get (list), How to Apply (instructions). We need to remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. There's none. We need to map sections: "About the role" could be the description under "The Role". "Responsibilities" corresponds to "What You'll Do". "Requirements" maybe "What We're Looking For". "Qualifications" maybe "Nice to Have"? Or "Background"? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). We need to decide which sections have content. We have content for: - About the role: description paragraph after "The Role". That's a paragraph. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Do". - Requirements: bullet list under "What We're Looking For". - Qualifications: maybe "Nice to Have" or "Background". Could treat "Nice to Have" as Qualifications? But Qualifications often are required qualifications. However we have "What We're Looking For" which are required. "Nice to Have" are preferred qualifications. Could map "Qualifications" to "Nice to Have". Or we could have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow headings list; we can include only those with real content. We have content for Requirements (What We're Looking For). We have content for Qualifications (Nice to Have). We have content for Skills? Not explicitly separate; skills are embedded in lists. Could create a Skills section summarizing? But we should not invent content. Better to omit Skills if no explicit list. Benefits: "What You'll Get" includes equity, ownership, zero-to-one growth, front-row seat, full premium access, flexibility, first paid hire. That's benefits. So we can create Benefits section with those items. Pay: The posting says "Compensation is equity until the company can pay (we're pre-revenue)." That's pay info. So we can include Pay section with that statement. Schedule: "Flexibility. The role is fully remote with flexible hours, so it fits around your existing work." Also Commitment: Flexible, ~20–30 hrs/week. So we have schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include application instructions. So omit "How to Apply". Also omit "About QuiddityML"? That's company description; maybe we can include under About the role? Actually About the role is separate; we could include company description under About the role or maybe not needed. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to output those headings only if we have content. Thus we will output:

About the role

... paragraph from The Role ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet from What You'll Do ...

Requirements

  • ... each bullet from What We're Looking For ...

Qualifications

  • ... each bullet from Nice to Have ...

Benefits

  • ... each bullet from What You'll Get ...

Pay

Compensation is equity until the company can pay (we're pre‑revenue).

Schedule

Fully remote with flexible hours (~20–30 hrs/week).

We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact bullet points as they appear, maybe rephrase slightly? Must preserve meaning. We'll copy them. Let's extract bullet points. What You'll Do: - Build and own our marketing and growth strategy. - Create content that teaches, entertains, and brings people to the app. - Build our presence in the communities where people learn ML and AI. - Grow awareness through partnerships, launches, and discoverability across search, app stores, and AI assistants. - Find and reach out to ML creators, newsletter writers, and podcasts with real, engaged audiences, and track what comes back. - Track how competitors (Brilliant, Sololearn, DataCamp, etc.) position, price, and get reviewed, and find the gaps we can exploit. - Own the cross-channel content calendar and a short weekly metrics report: what was tested, what moved, what's next. - Run experiments, measure what works, and turn the results into a repeatable growth engine. - Meet regularly with the founder to review results and plan next steps. What We're Looking For: - You're motivated and self-directed. You come with ideas, and you act on them without waiting for permission. - You're genuinely interested in education, machine learning, and marketing, and you'd enjoy working where they meet. - You write clear, compelling copy for posts, landing pages, app store listings, and emails, in a natural, human voice that doesn't read like an ad. - You're comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace, and you like figuring things out as you go. - You've grown something before: a social account, community, newsletter, side project, or product. Size matters less than the fact that you did it. - You're organized enough to manage several small projects on your own. - You're at home in online communities like Reddit and Discord. You know how to add real value, you respect each community's self-promotion rules, and you don't get banned (please). - You think in experiments. You test cheap ideas quickly, cut what isn't working, and double down on what is. - You're comfortable with data. You can set up UTM links, read app store and web analytics, and reach real conclusions from the numbers. You don't need every box below, but you need a track record. Nice to Have: Content & Channels - You've created short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), even scrappy, self-shot videos. - You've written blog posts or long-form content that ranks on Google, or you've made explainer videos for YouTube. - You've run or moderated a Discord server, email list, or online community. - You've contacted creators, influencers, or newsletter writers about partnerships. - You're comfortable building in public on LinkedIn or X. - You can do light design work with Canva or AI tools. Search & Discoverability - You know SEO basics: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content that ranks. - You have experience with app store optimization (ASO), including titles, keywords, screenshots, and descriptions. - You're familiar with AI search visibility (GEO), meaning getting a product recommended by ChatGPT, Claude, etc. - You've helped plan or run a launch on Product Hunt or a similar platform. Growth & Analytics - You understand the full user funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue) and where marketing can move each stage. - You know conversion rate optimization (CRO) basics, like A/B testing headlines, pages, and signup flows. - You've worked with Google Analytics, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or a similar tool. Background - You learned (or are learning) ML yourself, so you know what our users go through. - You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to move faster. What You'll Get: - Equity of a live product with real users. - Ownership. You run growth end to end on a live product; your ideas get shipped, not shadowed. - Zero-to-one growth experience. Very few people get to grow a live product from the start, and fewer get to own a piece of it. Your name goes on the growth story. - A front-row seat in AI education, one of the fastest-growing spaces in tech. - Full premium access to QuiddityML. - Flexibility. The role is fully remote with flexible hours, so it fits around your existing work. - First paid hire. When there's revenue to hire with, you're it. To be clear: there is no salary (yet). Compensation is equity until the company can pay (we're pre-revenue). We need to avoid duplication: The last bullet repeats compensation info; we already have Pay section. We'll keep that in Benefits maybe but we can keep as part of Benefits but note duplication. We'll keep the bullet as is but maybe we should not duplicate. However instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that bullet as is, even if repeats. But we also have Pay section with that statement. Could cause duplication but it's okay as it's preserving. However we might avoid duplication by not including that bullet in Benefits? But that would be summarizing away detail (removing the bullet). Better to keep it; duplication is okay. But we also have Flexibility bullet in Benefits; we also have Schedule section. That's okay. Now About the role paragraph: The Role section: "You own growth. Not "help with marketing": you pick the channels, create the content, run the launches, read the numbers, and decide what to double down on. You'll work directly with the founder, who builds the product, and you'll have full say over how it reaches users. It's built for self-starters. You'll get a partner, not a manager." We need to preserve that exactly. Let's copy. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll wrap each section in

heading then content. For lists:
  • ...
For paragraphs:

...

Make sure to escape any HTML special characters? The text includes parentheses, quotes, etc. It's fine. We'll produce:
