Growth Marketing Director (Remote)

Growth Strategy & Planning

You’ll develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned to business goals. Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle. Own growth objectives and key results, forecasting, and performance reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners within Marketing, Portfolio, Product, Sales, etc. Lead agencies and external partners as needed.

Acquisition & Demand Generation

Lead multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid media, SEO, content, partnerships, referrals, ABM, etc.). Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through experimentation and testing. Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

Lifecycle & Retention

Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention). Partner with Product and Customer teams to improve activation and reduce churn. Leverage marketing automation and personalization.

Experimentation & Analytics

Establish a strong experimentation culture (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization). Use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve performance. Partner with Analytics to define metrics, dashboards, and attribution models.

Pay

Compensation details are provided in the job description. The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below. 25% Annual: Individual Target $138,200.00 - $179,650.00 USD
