About the role

Vivant is a managed connectivity and network services company serving multi-location businesses in restaurants, retail, healthcare, and automotive dealerships. Our role focuses on executing marketing strategies to ensure business networks operate with maximum uptime.

Responsibilities

  • Email campaigns and sequences: Build, schedule, and monitor key metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Content calendar: Own the publishing calendar across social, email, and the website.
  • Landing pages and lead magnets: Build and test, track conversion rates and methodically improve conversion rates daily.
  • Social media: Manage LinkedIn, X, Meta, ensuring consistent posting aligned with ICP targeting.
  • Campaign performance tracking: Weekly KPI dashboard updated without being asked.
  • Event coordination: Logistics, materials, follow-up sequences for trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Customer case studies: Identify candidates, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets, and publish publicly.
  • Website updates: Content updates, landing page creation, SEO optimization.
  • Graphic design: Create clean, on-brand marketing materials using tools like Canva or equivalent.

Requirements

  • You've executed B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish, with measurable results.
  • You’ve built automated workflows and sequences tailored to audience interest and engagement.
  • You have strong copywriting skills, capable of writing compelling cold email subject lines and LinkedIn posts.
  • You stay organized and manage tasks independently without constant follow-up.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and maintain high-quality output.
  • You have basic graphic design skills and can create clean, on-brand marketing materials.

What Success Looks Like

  • Week 1: Document all active campaigns, clean up CRM, and launch content calendar.
  • Week 2: Maintain consistent content publishing, email sequences running, and deliver weekly KPI reports to CEO.
  • Month 1: Achieve measurable improvements in email open/click rates, social engagement, and publish at least 3 customer case studies.
