About the role

Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI. We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems. We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware. Mecka's datasets come from a global network of contributors capturing real-world data, and paid acquisition is one of the fastest ways to grow that network in new markets. As our Growth Marketing Associate, you'll run our paid acquisition funnels day to day, from ads and creative to landing pages and tracking, and turn budget into activated contributors at a cost we can scale. You'll report to our Growth Lead and work closely with our country teams across APAC, South America, and North America.

Responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube: launch campaigns, manage daily budgets, targeting, and bids, and scale what works market by market.
• Produce and test new ad creative every week, in local languages and using AI tools, and learn fast which hooks, formats, and messages bring in contributors who stick.
• Build and improve the funnel behind the ads, including landing pages, sign-up flows, and follow-up messages that move people from first click to first approved capture.
