About the role
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth and this role is responsible for creating a delightful web experience that maximizes the number of leads we generate through our website. You’ll work directly with our engineering, data and design teams to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our audience and build a unique, differentiated web experience that compels site visitors to become Ramp customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive net new leads for Ramp, with an emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on our website and Top-of-Funnel demand generation campaigns.
- Own the feedback loop of testing new copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms on our website, analyzing the results, and sharing learnings with our broader Growth & Marketing teams.
- Leverage web analytics tools to monitor website performance and uncover trends and opportunities.
- Find and build AI-powered workflows like finding experimentation opportunities, reporting on metrics to the broader growth team, and any other ways to make the Web/growth teams operate more effectively and efficiently.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, user traffic patterns, and sales lead generation.
- Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute against Ramp’s growth goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, product management, product marketing or adjacent field.
- Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proficiency with data analytics with an ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
- A high level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner.
- Communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate and improve your work – we’ll ask about what you’ve built.
Qualifications
- Nice-to-haves include:
- SQL proficiency.
- Experience owning a pipeline, revenue, or metric goal.
- Experience with no-code / low-code tools (eg Zapier, Webflow, Retool).
