Growth Lead Special Activities

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Growth Lead Special Activities expert to join our team and support our client in the DMV area. Responsibilities

• Act as primary enabler, tracker, and shaper for Military Intelligence (MI) special activities and Special Operations Forces (SOF) customers.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, taking ownership of tracking, shaping, and maturing them.
• Work with Delivery and Technology teams to establish new applicable contracts and task orders.
• Collaborate with the Growth team, Intel leadership, and other AFS resources to align AFS capabilities, products, and offerings with customer missions.
• Review current growth team processes and recommend improvements for tracking and efficiency of opportunities.
• Help define engagement strategies for Special Activities Strategic Communication & Technical Translation.
• Develop engaging content (e.g., slick sheets, one-pagers) to communicate Military Intelligence and other Accenture capabilities, demonstrating how they solve client challenges.
• Edit technical writing and content from Military Intelligence teams, working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to emphasize impact, value, and the "so what" factor.
• Create visuals (e.g., OV-1s) to convey technical topics to senior and strategic audiences.
• Translate complex technical language into consumable, visually appealing content that tells a compelling story.
• Support teams in planning and executing innovation sessions with clients.

Proposal & Solution Support

• Support Military Intelligence opportunities by assisting with Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Facilitate solutioning sessions and create documents outlining win themes, accelerators, and relevant past performance.
• Review and edit critical proposal sections to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment with win themes.

Opportunity Lifecycle Management

• Serve as the "quarterback" for select strategic opportunities, owning and driving the pursuit through the entire opportunity lifecycle.
• Provide direction and accountability to deal teams, keeping them aligned and motivated throughout all stages of the capture process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
• Systems engineering advisory experience supporting military acquisitions.
• Experience managing and directing cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Red team operations experience.
• Active TS/SCI level clearance.

Pay

The base pay range for this position in the following locations is: $116,900—$243,100 USD. Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
