We’re seeking a Growth Lead for North America in our Marketing department. This role is remote and based in Atlanta, GA.
About the role
As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives across North America, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align with company goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth
- Measure and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform growth strategies
- Work with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving growth and increasing brand awareness
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
