About the role

Responsibilities

• Handle escrow transactions efficiently and accurately
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Manage property maintenance and inspections
• Perform cost analysis and report findings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions)
