About the role
The Growth Lead will build the growth engine from the ground up, creating playbooks, running experiments, generating demand, and owning the go-to-market funnel end to end. The market is open for Arceus to capture and emerge as the winners in this new category.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns to drive demand
- Identify and prioritize high-potential channels for growth
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Measure and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies
- Continuously test and refine growth tactics based on data and feedback
Requirements
- Experience founding or leading growth at a high-growth startup
- Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
- Comfort working with data and analytics tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience with growth hacking and experimentation
- Track record of delivering results and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Passion for building and scaling growth engines
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Comfort with data analysis and interpretation
