• Experience building high-quality, complex, yet maintainable products
• Wield the latest in code generation
• Skills used in building our product and AI system for growth engineering

Qualifications

• World-class growth engineering experience
• Demonstrated focus on driving business outcomes and intuition for great experiments
• Architect robust, maintainable codebases
• Ship fast and balance quality vs. speed effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Early-stage startup/founder experience
