Growth Engineer
About Us
Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation. We provide this support free to doctors and patients, helping them get life-changing medicine faster, cheaper, and easier. The resulting network enables biopharma companies to design better research, launch new drugs more effectively, and invest in harder-to-treat conditions.
About The Role
As a Growth Engineer at Forus, you will build the systems that power how our network expands, from the infrastructure behind provider onboarding and activation to the automation, data flows, and experiments that accelerate adoption. You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and growth teams to identify friction, ship solutions quickly, and measure what actually moves the needle. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants their code to directly influence how quickly the company grows. You will write production software, build internal and external tooling, integrate AI into real workflows, and help design the mechanisms that turn interest into active providers and patients on the platform.
