About the role
Trove is building the future of collectibles, bringing culture, community, and commerce together in one mobile experience. We're a small team building fast, and we're looking for a Growth Engineer to build the internal systems and automation that power how Trove grows.
Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure behind our growth: the instrumentation, internal tooling, and automation that connect every part of how we acquire, activate, and retain collectors.
- Build the instrumentation and tooling that let the team run acquisition and activation experiments.
- Prototype tools that help the inventory team act on value-based buying opportunities.
- Build dashboards that let partners manage key relationships from one place.
- Automate customer support flows and escalations so issues resolve before they pile up.
- Surface the insights that drive growth, engagement, and retention.
- Build with AI to ship faster and do more with less.
Requirements
- Experience and success in building systems end to end: growth stack, internal tooling, automations, and dashboards.
- Owning the instrumentation and experimentation infrastructure behind acquisition and activation.
- Running experiments constantly, then killing or scaling based on what the data says.
- Working across functions, translating what different stakeholders need into the right system for each.
- Operating with high ownership in ambiguity and building momentum from nothing.
- Turning data into insights that change what the team does next.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in growing and scaling technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of growth hacking principles and methodologies.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and A/B testing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Pay
- Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
