Growth Engineer

Requirements

• Designing, building and launching growth experiments across web and mobile
• Running A/B tests across onboarding journeys, product features and conversion funnels
• Building in-product growth mechanics such as notifications, referral incentives, retention campaigns and promotional features
• Optimising user acquisition funnels, from landing pages through to attribution and conversion tracking
• Working closely with Product and Growth teams to identify opportunities, prioritise experiments and measure impact
• Shipping features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems
• Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering efficiency

What we're looking for

• Senior engineer with 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development experience with the ability to deliver features end-to-end
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs
• Confidence working independently and driving projects from concept through to production
• A strong understanding of experimentation, analytics and product-led growth
• Experience using AI-powered development tools as part of your engineering workflow
• An interest in fintech, consumer products or Web3 is advantageous, with personal crypto trading experience considered a bonus
