Your responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation
  • Build a measurable lead generation engine.
  • Examples:
    • Continuous improvement of the funnel: traffic → leads → MQL → sales opportunities.
    • Conversion optimization of landing pages.
    • A/B testing of messaging and offers.
    • Campaign ROI analysis.
    • Improving cost per lead and cost per opportunity.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, including tools such as:
    • HubSpot
    • CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar
    • marketing automation workflows
    • lead scoring and lead routing

What we expect

  • You are likely a performance marketer or growth marketer, not a traditional brand marketer.
  • You enjoy dashboards, conversion funnels, and performance optimization more than brainstorming slogans.

What We Are Not Looking For

  • Experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Experience generating pipeline for SaaS or technical products.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing data.
  • Experience managing paid acquisition channels.
  • Experience building dashboards and campaign performance reports.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Decisions based on data.
