About the role
Beam is building the fastest cloud runtime for AI. Ambitious startups and Fortune 100 companies use Beam to host custom ML models and run LLM-generated code in secure sandboxes. The role involves customer-focused growth strategy, inbound lead generation, growth experimentation, performance marketing, and content and messaging.
Responsibilities
- Customer-focused growth strategy: Deep-dive into usage data, talk directly to customers, and uncover growth levers.
- Inbound lead generation: Design and execute creative experiments across channels to drive qualified leads.
- Growth experimentation: Run tests across acquisition, activation, and retention - from messaging experiments to new channel exploration.
- Performance marketing: Own paid channels and optimize for pipeline generation.
- Content and messaging: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with technical decision-makers and turn prospects into customers.
Requirements
- You’ve previously worked in a technical software role and are looking to transition to GTM work.
- Comfortable automating workflows using tools like n8n, Gumloop, Clay, and others.
- Familiar with analytics tools like Posthog, Amplitude, and Segment.
- Strong writing skills; able to craft a well-written cold email in under 5 minutes.
- Able to think outside the box; brainstorm new channels, experiments, and outreach campaigns.
- Hightly organized and detail-oriented; don’t miss the little details and don’t skip a follow-up.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical software role.
Skills
- Technical background in distributed systems and robotics.
