You’ll own how Artisan grows — from first touch to expansion — and work directly with the CEO and growth team to design and execute a strategy that takes Artisan from $7M → $25M+ ARR in the next 12 months.
- Acquisition at scale
- Own the full growth strategy across paid, organic, brand, and product-led motions
- Scale inbound demand through performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, virality loops, and bold stunts (e.g. our “Stop Hiring Humans” billboards)
Conversion Optimization
Build and optimize funnels across web, product, and sales hand-off. Instrument every step and improve it with data.

Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a similar role
- A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who enjoys testing unconventional ideas
- High grit and hunger — willing to work hard and take ownership
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero
- A strong communicator who can work directly with leadership
