Requirements

• Must-Have:
• (a) 1-2 years of growth experience + good school, OR
• (b) 1-3 years of finance/consulting + top-15 school (must be exceptional if no growth experience)
• Highly Proactive and Resourceful: Figures Things Out Quickly, Jumps Into Unfamiliar Problems
• Analytical and Detail-Oriented, But Also Creative and Willing to Test Unconventional Ideas
• Clear Communicator Who Moves Quickly and Thrives in Ambiguous, Fast-Paced Environments
• NYC 5 Days a Week In-Person

Nice-to-Have

• B2B SaaS Experience

• Background in Startups, Particularly Sequoia-backed or Comparable Hypergrowth Environments

Pay

• Base: $130-170K
• Variable: $20-30K (Tied to Pipeline/Experiment Outcomes/Growth Metrics)
• Total OTE: $150-200K
