Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
  • Engage with potential buyers, secure buyer agreements, and assist in home selection.
  • Represent both buyers and sellers in negotiating real estate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Host two open houses each month.
  • Transform lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Routinely participate in script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
  • Engage in team activities according to established standards.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Provide consultations to potential sellers, secure listings, and oversee the marketing of properties.
  • Apply expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other services related to listings.

Compensation

$70,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission-based position.
