Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant multi-unit operations leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen to include P&L management, with proven experience in driving financial results
- High integrity
- Sound judgment
- Efficient
- Self-starter
- Ability to maintain and communicate perspective
- Good at identifying, formulating long-term solutions, and solving problems
- Capable of effectively delivering positive feedback and constructive criticism to subordinates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization, presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to drive performance to achieve operational results while keeping focus on patient and team member satisfaction
- Problem solving and effective and timely decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of ethical standards
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and direct/redirect
- Determine resources needed to achieve results
- Ability to analyze outcomes and make recommendations to improve those results
- Ability to establish positive meaningful relationships with team members, physicians and referral resources
