Group Therapist (Part-Time/PRN)

Role Overview

The PT/PRN Group Clinician provides group therapy and supports patient recovery in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to ensure patient progress
• Maintain accurate documentation with AI support
• Support discharge planning and care continuity

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree with at least two years of mental health clinical experience
• Licensed or registered in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, RMHCI, RMFTI, or MCAP/CAP)
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
