Group Swim Lesson Instructor (part-time) - Advocate Good Shepherd

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for part-time (working approximately 10 hours per week) Group Swim Lesson Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at the Advocate Good Shepherd Club, managed by HealthFitness in Barrington, IL.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
• Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Flu vaccination required during the Fall season.
