Group Sourcing Lead

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Group Sourcing Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee strategic sourcing operations across a portfolio of client accounts, driving consistency, compliance, and measurable performance improvements. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in indirect and facilities-related services procurement, with a focus on building scalable programs and strengthening supplier performance. This position also requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team managing 10-25 client accounts
• Drive results through global sourcing program implementation and operational excellence
• Oversee global client compliance, sourcing strategies, and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage internal and external expectations by understanding organizational needs
• Develop and maintain a systematic approach to monitor supplier performance and sourcing effectiveness

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience in services or indirect categories related to facilities services
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
• MBA is a plus
• Certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CPSD are preferred
• Proficiency with MS applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with e-procurement, preferably Jaggaer
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. approximately 25%
