Group Product Manager, Flights
About the role
Priceline is seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead the product strategy, development, and execution of key platform capabilities and customer-facing experiences across our Flight product. The role is eligible for our hybrid work model: 2 days in-office.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives applying user and competitive research, business case development, scoping, and all phases of the product development lifecycle
- Define outcomes and success metrics for your products and monitor performance to ensure teams are delivering against these outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Commercial, and Product teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps
- Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical challenges
- Lead prioritization of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple workstreams
- Stay informed on product trends, emerging technologies, customer expectations, and competitor offerings to help shape product strategy and drive innovation
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity in your PM team and throughout the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, preferably defining and delivering digital products at scale
- 2+ years of experience managing other PMs
- Extensive experience with experimentation and analytics tools
- A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with minimal direction
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives concurrently while balancing strategic priorities and execution details
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Equally comfortable with high-level strategic planning and tactical day-to-day execution
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with evolving priorities
Qualifications
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, marketplace, or other consumer technology environments is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant. The salary range for this position is $160,000–$200,000K USD.
