Group Product Manager (aviation experience required)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interface between the corporate sales team and the business unit including forecasting, demand planning, order fulfillment & customer issue resolution.
• Monitor sales by account and sales team member.
• Challenge and support the reconciliation of deviations from budget and forecast by account.
• Work with the sales team to develop and maintain demand forecast.
• Track evaluation package progress from delivery to customer purchase.
• Travel to customer locations as required, developing relationships and meeting customer expectations.
• Represent HEICO at industry and trade associations and shows to promote the organization and the product.
• Collaborate with other HEICO business units and groups to promote growth.
• Drive effective and timely communication between upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, participating in professional societies.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
• Develop personal growth opportunities.
