About the role
The Group Product Manager (GPM) at PCM supports the organization's mission to enhance the quality of life for clients through the eSource ecosystem, which includes RealTime and CRIO platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of product strategy, vendor relationships, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery efforts to understand user workflows, business needs, technology gaps, and product opportunities
- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for assigned product portfolios
- Map high-level workflows and translate business needs into product requirements and epics
- Partner with business, operational, technical, and leadership stakeholders to gather input and validate direction
- Develop and maintain business cases, including value propositions, cost estimates, high-level timelines, and implementation roadmaps
- Ensure planning, analysis, and recommendations are clearly documented and support executive-level decision-making
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required); Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology implementation, or related roles
- Experience managing complex platforms, enterprise systems, or multi-stakeholder products
- Proven ability to define product strategy, build business cases, and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital platforms, mobile or web-based applications, or workflow automation
- Familiarity working within or alongside a formal PMO, agile delivery, or scaled product frameworks
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party solutions
- Agile, product ownership, or project management certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, PMP)
Ongoing Responsibilities
- Serve as product owner for assigned platforms, systems, or digital tools
- Own and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks
- Identify, evaluate, and propose enhancements, optimizations, and new product capabilities
- Collaborate with change management, training, and operations teams to support onboarding and ongoing user success
- Establish and maintain governance, documentation, and decision-making processes for products
- Ensure solutions align with organizational priorities, architectural standards, security, and regulatory/compliance requirements
- Maintain performance metrics and user feedback to inform continuous improvement
Pay
The typical base pay range for this role is USD $113,200 - $179,100 per year. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
