Group Product Manager, AI & Clinical Intelligence

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Group Product Manager to join their team and lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. This role involves collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and align the product roadmap for AI capabilities with clinical and regulatory goals
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to translate clinical needs into technical specifications
• Work with clinical leadership to ensure compliance with gold-standard treatment practices
• Establish responsible AI practices and monitoring for clinical applications
• Design frameworks to evaluate model performance and clinical impact
• Guide the complete AI product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration
• Engage in research to define where AI can enhance clinical care without introducing risks

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI/ML in regulated or clinical environments
• Strong technical knowledge of AI/ML processes and standards
• Experience in developing products for clinical workflows and healthcare operations
• Expertise in navigating healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset for assessing product performance and safety outcomes

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
