Group, AI Product Manager

This role requires a hybrid schedule based in our New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and fully remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Visa sponsorship is not available, including for those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visas, nor is corp-to-corp work permitted.

The product organization transforms client acquisition, retention, and operations through AI and ML. As Group AI Product Manager, you will lead digital product development for our retail energy marketplace, focusing on AI-native products and agentic workflows that improve marketplace economics. You will translate partner objectives and business strategy into clear product roadmaps while guiding the development of new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product lead for digital products, ensuring alignment with leadership, customer needs, and client strategy.
• Develop business cases and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI in partnership with stakeholders.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable workstreams, defining sequencing, resourcing, and execution plans.
• Own the P&L and business impact of initiatives, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Build and deploy agentic workflows in partnership with the central Agentic team, turning learnings into reusable capabilities.
• Manage and develop 2+ product managers, providing hands-on support, delegating work, and fostering a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts to identify value and drive improvements in acquisition, conversion, and performance.
• Deep curiosity about AI advancements and their practical applications in product strategy and execution.
• Strong intuition for UX/UI and digital customer journeys, optimizing for clarity and conversion.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and data scientists, understand algorithms, and leverage AI tools.
• Relationship-driven approach to building durable partnerships with clients and internal leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration, owning outcomes and business impact.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and make high-impact decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems, including model evaluation, SQL/Python analysis, or agent development.
• Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders, leading discovery, and aligning teams around shared goals.
• Experience managing junior product managers or adjacent roles with direct responsibility for their development.

Pay

New York City total cash compensation range: $230,000–$260,000. This role is also eligible for equity, offered separately from the cash compensation.
