Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.7+ years of transportation engineering experience.Background in roadway design, traffic engineering, transportation planning, intersection improvements, traffic studies, and construction administration.Experience managing clients, developing proposals, and overseeing project budgets.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Proficiency with transportation design software and Microsoft Office tools.Ability to travel locally as needed.
