The Opportunity

This position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Neuromodulation division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8 years strong analytical, predictive financial modeling and strategic thinking abilities
  • Minimum 10 years in market research, business analytics/forecasting, or competitive intelligence in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or similar industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in identifying data limitations, interpreting discrepancies, and synthesizing multiple data sets into compelling messages
  • Ability to understand and communicate business needs effectively
  • Conducts thorough research with attention to detail, applying logic and critical thinking
  • Strong people leadership skills, capable of managing and developing teams
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
  • Willingness to accommodate global calls and travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

What You’ll Work On

  • Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the neuromodulation segment.
  • Strategic Insights : Evaluate market data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Competitive Intelligence : Monitor and analyze competitor activities, product developments, and market positioning to anticipate market shifts and inform business strategies.
  • Structured Communications : Deliver structured communications in written and verbal form on competitors and the category, providing insights and implications to the business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and potential partners to promote our products and services.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to top executives, highlighting market opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Innovation : Lead initiatives to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the organization's short and long-term goals.
  • Team Leadership : Be seen as a trusted leader and subject matter expert, influencing, developing, and maintaining a highly effective team.
  • Customize coaching style to bring out the best in team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute learning needs aligned with organizational goals.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 – $258,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
