Job Summary
Ardurra is seeking a Group Leader (Transportation) to join our expanding team. This role involves leading and managing projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in business development to identify and pursue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess extensive experience in transportation project management, and have strong leadership and project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Idaho and/or Washington Professional Engineer (PE) license required or obtainable within six months
- 15+ years of experience in Transportation Project Management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop staff
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage existing staff, projects, professionals, and clients
- Prepare Construction Plans, Specifications, and Estimates for various projects
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project team members on various projects
- Execute and deliver on project performance from start to finish
- Exceed client's expectations on project delivery while improving the overall transportation experience within the community
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle
Pay Range
$160,000 to $210,000 (DOE)
