Requirements
- Candidate must be a self-starter and supportive of all team members and activities
- Must have effective verbal, and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Time management and ability to be detail oriented
- Ability to perform math calculations and necessary to accurately review and compare information
- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes; participation in safety and/or continuous improvement activities preferred
- Must have computer skills (proficiency in Excel a plus)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Training and development of team members
- Coaching and Mentoring the team to follow and improve standard of work
- Facilitate continuous improvement and safety activities
- Verify quality checks and ensure procedures are followed
- Balance the workload of team members and demand in the zone
- Provide direction and assistance on difficult machining operations that require difficult set-up
- Select materials and allowances
- Assign, direct and work with others on development and experimental work
- Problem solving and establishing root cause
- Restoring workflow if problems arise
- Keep Zone clean and organized, ensuring everything has a place (5-S)
- Schedule the area to produce efficiently
- Track Training and job performance
- Reduce change over

- Located in: Lancaster, PA
- 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM with ability to flex to business needs
