Pay rate and Shift l Job Duration: 12+ Month l Shift: 1st- 6am to 2:30pm 2nd-2pm to 10:30pm 3rd-10pm to 6:30am M-F and most Saturdays/Sundays as required (possibly 7 days) Job Summary As a Group Leader in Production, Quality, or Global Supply Chain (GSC), you will be responsible for leading teams of employees or technical personnel to drive operational excellence across manufacturing processes.This includes managing daily operations, developing and improving business processes, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Analyze and respond promptly to the manufacturing daily plan, making necessary adjustments to operations as requiredManage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesPossess the experience to manage change and navigate ambiguityDrive accountability through people and processes which may require difficult conversationsSpecific physical requirements of the position include the ability to:Work in a loud manufacturing environment that may not be climate controlled (conditions can be hot or cold)Possess good physical stamina and coordination to frequently and repetitively:Bend, twist, kneel, crouch and reach to perform workLift or carry materials weighing up to 15 lbs. and periodically carry or lift materials weighing up to 40 lbs.Walk and stand for prolonged periods of timeOccasionally sit, climb (including ladders and lifts) and drive vehicles and equipmentRead standardized work instructions, operate machines and tools, and perform quality inspectionsPromptly detect and respond to safety instructions, alarms, and signalsWear personal protective equipment, for example: safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs, and safety shoes Qualifications And Experience Experience managing, leading people, and addressing performance concernsExperience solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills, experience managing conflict, and decision makingDemonstrate a high analytical ability to solve complex problemsBasic computer proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Word, typing, email etc.)Must be willing to work rotating shiftsMust be available and willing to regularly work weekends to meet business demands, including approximately two weekends per monthHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years managerial experienceMilitary background is plus What Happens Next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
