You'll handle room blocks, reservations, and guest details with precision and care, providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

• Manage group rooming lists, reservations, and billing details
• Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure flawless group experiences
• Process group changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Monitor inventory to optimize room block utilization
• Prepare and distribute reports for group status and pick-up
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external guests
• Support the Reservations and Sales teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or reservations experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems (Opera or similar)
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred
