About the role
You will be responsible for creating a therapeutic and nurturing home environment for youth in a group home setting. The goal of the position is to maintain a safe, secure atmosphere conducive to the youth’s positive growth and change. This includes teaching daily and independent living skills, mentoring and promoting community integration.

Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree in Human Services preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth preferred
- TCI, First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification
- Flexible availability required including night and weekend hours
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency
- MS Office skills required

- Full attendance is required during the mandatory, fully paid training period

Pay
- Salary commensurate with experience
Schedule
- Saturday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Sunday: 3 pm - 11 pm
- Monday: 11 am - 7 pm
- Tuesday: 3 pm - 11 pm
- Wednesday: 1 - 9 pm
- Thursday & Friday: OFF
