Group Home Worker (4906)

Job Responsibilities

• Create a therapeutic and nurturing home environment
• Mentor and promote community integration
• Teach daily and independent living skills
• Engage youth in activities
• Make decisions and organize effectively
• Communicate with both oral and written clarity, paying close attention to detail

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associates Degree in Human Services preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth preferred
• TTCI, First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification
• Flexible availability required including night and weekend hours
• Current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency
• MS Office skills required
