Group Home LPN Night Shifts Poinciana, FL

About the role

We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide medical care at a medically complex residential group home in Poinciana, FL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily patient assessments
• Administer medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
• Document patient status and report changes
• Communicate with RNs, MDs, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage ventilator care & tracheostomy suctioning
• Perform tube feedings & disease management
• Coordinate and oversee patient medical appointments

Requirements

• Active LPN License in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
• Pediatric, ICU, or PCU experience preferred (or ventilator/tracheostomy training with certifications or references)
• Experience with developmentally disabled patients is a plus
