Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well through rewarding, direct support
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Exercise ownership and trust from leaders to do what's right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and complex needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Valid full Driver's License for at least 12 months after receiving permit/intermediate license
• Willingness to transport clients in company van
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Availability to attend 1 week of paid orientation (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Willingness to work with individuals who may display behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible

Pay

$16/hour with Pay on Demand available.

Schedule

Part-time. Evening shift needed: Friday and Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (guaranteed).
