Group FP&A Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Group FP&A Manager to join Vintage.com on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Head of Finance - Europe, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the Group’s financial planning and analysis capability across both our UK and European operations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to develop financial models, improve reporting, support strategic decision-making and provide insight into business performance. This role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and provides the opportunity to work on a broad range of strategic initiatives including, forecasting, international expansion, commercial analysis and investor reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve financial reporting and analysis
- Support cross-functional teams in understanding and interpreting financial data
- Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies
- Provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work on strategic initiatives such as forecasting, international expansion, commercial analysis, and investor reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in FP&A roles within a similar industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in developing and maintaining financial models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of financial markets and investor relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
