Group Fitness Instructor - NEW Gym Opening!

About the Role

EōS Fitness is seeking a bold, upbeat, and motivating Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. Our Core Purpose is to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. The successful candidate will engage and "wow" our members by creating a sense of community through fun, results-focused group workouts where everyone feels successful.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and concerns of participants
• Solicit feedback about the class
• Maintain a consistent class schedule, starting and ending on time
• Promote the gym and Group Fitness classes
• Ensure Group Fitness Studio cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain building and equipment safety
• Pursue continuing education

Requirements

• Good musicality (stays on the beat, applicable to most classes)
• Clear communicator with strong cueing skills

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (required)
• Valid CPR/AED Certification (required)

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $15—$35 USD
