The successful candidate must be capable of answering questions and concerns of participants, soliciting feedback about the class, being dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times, maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward members, and promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes.

Essential Purpose: Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, high-energy group fitness classes
• Maintain Group Fitness Studio cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service to members
• Ensure building and equipment maintenance and safety
• Pursue continuing education opportunities
• Adhere to timeliness and member satisfaction standards
• Monitor class size and safety, reporting incidents or injuries as needed

Requirements

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (required)
• Valid CPR/AED Certification (required)
• Takes ownership of results and fights hard to win
• Adapts well and quickly to various situations
• Strong communication skills with a customer service mentality
• Team player willing to jump into any task
• Highly organized and dependable
• Energetic, motivating, and a great fitness role model
• Good musicality (ability to stay on the beat for most classes)
• Clear communicator with effective cueing skills

Pay

Hourly pay range: $15.50–$35 USD
