Group Fitness Instructor

Job Description

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is looking for an experienced Exercise Instructor to work with us in a per diem capacity starting as soon as possible. You will be working with active older adults in a group fitness setting within our partnered Assisted Living Facility in Smithtown.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, making it a great option for someone looking to earn some extra income while gaining experience!

Role Details

• Position: Exercise Class Instructor (1099 Independent Contractor)
• Location: Smithtown
• Schedule: 2 Monday morning classes & 1 Thursday morning class - Must be available for all 3!
• Pay Rate: $34/class

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a group fitness instructor.
• Must come with liability insurance
• CPR Certification

Additional Information

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $34/hr. Compensation is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
