Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT or Bootcamp, Spin/Cycle, Dance Fitness Instructors

Responsibilities

• A certified fitness pro who can command a room and make workouts fun for every fitness level.
• Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, “That was amazing!”
• A team player who loves music, movement, and a little muscle burn.
• Valid CPR Certification (safety first!)
• Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred)
• OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
• A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required)
• The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs depending on locations
• Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Able to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high
• Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes that get results
• Keep your certifications fresh and up-to-date
• Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class
• Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness
• Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing
• Attend team meetings and training's—because the best keep getting better!

Qualifications
